Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Improvationality giveaway, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all customers who place orders on Improvationality between January 11th, 2024, and February 14th, 2024.
• Employees and their immediate families of Improvationality are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

• Each order placed during the giveaway period automatically earns one entry into the giveaway.
• Multiple orders increase your chances of winning.

3. Prize

• The prize is a $100 Cash Bonus paid via PayPal or Bank.
• The winner will be randomly selected and announced after February 14th, 2024.

4. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted via the email associated with their order and announced on our social media platforms.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

5. General Conditions

• Improvationality reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason.
• The $100 Cash Bonus is paid via PayPal or Bank account and can be exchanged for a gift card value of $125 at our store.
• Improvationality reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• Returned and refunded items are not eligible for entering the giveaway.
